Hi everyone! Here is the rundown for our trip:

We will meet at the Venetian Pool parking lot to board the buses and depart promptly at 2:00 PM. Please arrive on time — the buses will leave at 2:00 PM sharp.

🚌 Bus Details

• Equipped with USB ports, WiFi, and bathrooms

• Small coolers and food are allowed

• Please be mindful about cleaning up after yourselves and the kids

• I will be providing bathroom supplies (and praying they smell like roses the entire trip!)

We will head straight to the restaurant unless a brief stop becomes necessary (tentative).

🍽 Dinner

• The restaurant is allergy-friendly and aware of all listed allergies

• It is a buffet-style dinner

• Tony, the owner, does an amazing job providing a wide variety of fresh and delicious options

🏨 Hotel Arrival

• Bus leads will hand out swag bags (park tickets will be in the envelope attached  for those who ordered them — please make sure to collect yours!)

• Room keys will be distributed by calling out names

• Please send one person per room to pick up the envelope with your keys

• Important: Your room key is also your Fast Pass — bring it with you to the park!

This may be the only slightly chaotic moment, so please bear with me. Once settled, you can relax in your rooms or join us at the main bar.

🌞 Saturday Morning

• Please pack all belongings before heading to the park - You will not be accessing the room after breakfast

• PLEASE DONT FORGET YOUR PARK TICKET and YOUR FAST PASS! 

• Luggage will be stored in a designated back conference room until departure (see #3 on Loews map above or large yellow arrow pointing to 3)

• There is a 🚢 Ferry Water Taxi outside the conference rooms you can take directly to the park (#4 in Loews map)

• Water taxis start operating at 7 am 

⏱ Frequency

• Taxis generally depart every ~15-20 minutes throughout the day/night. 

🛥 Tips for Timing

• The ride itself takes about 5–10 minutes from Royal Pacific to the CityWalk dock. 

• In busy times (rope drop or evening), you may wait a few minutes for the next taxi — walking is sometimes quicker in the morning for park opening.

• There is a walking path next to the ferry which takes 8-15 minutes approximately.

We will:

• Meet at the globe for a class picture - 7:45AM

• Kids are then free to enjoy the park 🎉✨🥳🎉

At the end of the day:

• Start heading back to board buses around 6 pm. Please eat at the park or bring your meal to eat on the bus as we will be heading straight home

• Meet back at the conference room #3 on Loews map (bathrooms available there)

• Buses will board in that same area (#5 on Loews map above or yellow arrow)

• We will then head home​ at 6:30 pm sharp
