Q. Can I get a connecting room?
A. Please put it in the form as I can request but cannot guarantee this

Q. Where are we eating?
A. Tonys Brazilian Grill- They have an array of foods and allergy friendly

Q. Can we eat somewhere else?
A. It is highly suggested to stay with the group in the restaurant
​
Q. Will there be food in the hotel?
A. Main food service will be closed when we arrive?

Q. Can I bring my whole family including siblings?
A. This is a student parent trip. If your family wishes to meet you at the park and make their own Accomodations they may do so outside of the group arrangements. If both parents would like to attend with their 8th grader that’s ok just put it on the form.

Q. If I have an annual pass or choose not to get a park ticket how much is the deduction for the ticket?
A. Please make sure to note this on the form. You will have a $100 deducted from your Per person total

Q. If I choose not to come back on the bus is there a deduction?
A. No- the package price includes the bus going and coming back.
Q. Can you accommodate another night to extend our stay?
A. No. I have a one night stay contract with the hotel.
